This page contains details and resources on Merrylands High School’s digital citizenship program. Merrylands High School was one of eight schools in a trial that saw students’ gain access to social networking sites such as Facebook and YouTube when they were not on school premises. The trial was conducted in November 2010. During 2010, Merrylands High School created a series of lessons based on digital citizenship. Merrylands High School as further developed these lessons so that students from Years 7 to 12 can contribute positively to online communities.
